Fred Domin

Mr.Fred Domin is a first generation immigrant from East Germany having escaped to the United States during WWII. Mr. Domin learned the system of capitalism, and the value of money, at a young age, starting his career with Danberg's Department Store, (later Finger's) as a store manager at the age of 19. He eventually settled in Houston with his wife Sandra and began a career in finance, working first for Liberty Loan as a regional manager. Later, Fred entered banking and for the past four decades has held various executive positions within the Banking industry. Over the years he has worked for companies such as Comerica, Pinemont Bank, Allied PNB, Southwest Bank and most recently Wallis State Bank.

Besides his years of experience in the field of finance, Fred has held a Texas Real Estate Commission Sales license since the 1980's, having sold land, hotels, office buildings and residential investment properties. He has also invested in real estate as a principal. Few agents have the thorough understanding of commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing like Mr. Domin.

Fred is a member of University Baptist Church in Clear Lake and has been active in various charitable organizations such as the Pasadena Optimists for many years. Fred resides with his wife Sandra in Seabrook Texas.
