Mr. Gage is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University now Texas State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications - Public Relations with a Minor in Political Science. He received his Real Estate education from Texas A&M - Commerce.

Gage has a strong commitment and passion for real estate. He has spent his professional career in Economic Development. He worked for the City of Pearland Economic Development Corporation as the Business Development / Marketing Manager. Before joining Pearland, He was the Executive Director of the City of La Marque Economic Development Corporation. This experience has given him a wealth of knowledge in new commercial development, residential subdivisions, land acquisitions and redevelopment projects. He is very knowledgeable in city codes and regulations that could affect new developments.

Gage maintains a Texas Real Estate License and is a CCIM member and a candidate for certification. Gage has participated in several large transactions in his economic development role. He also has been personally investing in residential real estate for several years. Gage focuses on professionalism, honesty, confidentiality, and the determination to make clients satisfied.

He is very active in community organizations such as Rotary, Chambers of Commerce, the Greater Houston Partnership and the Houston Chapter of Public Relations Society of America. He is also a member of the Texas Economic Development Council and the International Economic Development Council. He volunteers on political campaigns and is active in several charitable organizations. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.
