Mr. Domin
is a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake School of
Business and Public Administration where he received a Bachelors
of Science degree. As part of continuing education, Craig has
completed course work with Louisiana State University, California
State University, the USEPA, AETNA, CIGNA, Tran Services, Inc.,
Coldwell Banker University, U of H Dispute Resolution Institute,
and University of Texas.
Prior to
entering real estate brokerage, Craig spent twelve years with
several Fortune 500 companies, providing human resource and regulatory
compliance expertise. His corporate experience includes intimate
involvement in three mergers, division closures and plant relocations.
He is a proven negotiator, having handled union contract disputes,
OSHA and EPA settlement conferences, insurance settlements and
litigation support.
Mr. Domin
maintains a Texas Brokers License and has been licensed by the
Texas Real Estate Commission since 1986. Since 1994 he has specialized
in commercial real estate brokerage where he has personally been
responsible for over a hundred and fifty successful transactions.
He is experienced on both sides of the transaction having handled
sales, leasing, subleasing, investment syndications, property
management, new site studies and build-to-suit projects. Mr. Domin
brings a consultative approach to his clients and treats all fiduciary
relationships with integrity and honesty.
Some of his
more notable transactions include the brokerage of a 65,000 square
foot business park in the Clear Lake market, a 34,000 square foot
industrial sale for Praxair, Inc., the sale of a Comerica Bank
building on Interstate 45 South to First Community Bank, a 30,000
square foot retail building sale on Interstate 45 South to AMCO
Insurance, the sale of a 40,000sqft vacant retail box for Modern
Woodmen of America, the sale of a 20,000 square foot manufacturing
facility for Pasadena Piping Supply Co., the leasing of 29,500sqft
of retail space for Gulfway Plaza, and the sale and leasing of
several large restaurants in the Houston area.
Craig is a
lifetime Alumni of the University of Houston, a member of the
Greater Houston Partnership (currently serving on both the Water
Issues Committee and the Clean Air Committee), a member of the
Pearland/Hobby Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Clear Lake
Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the National Association
of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors, a supporting member
of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts. Craig and his wife have supported
various community and charitable organizations such as the American
Heart Association and The Christopher Reeve Foundation. Craig
resides in Pearland with his wife Suzanne and son Spencer.
